Coronavirus update

Parish Council Meetings

During the COVID 19 isolation period, the Parish Council will not be able to conduct public meetings in the village hall.

In accordance with recent guidelines, the Annual Parish Meeting on April 9th will now be held by video conference using Zoom software.

If you would like to "attend" the meeting on your computer, tablet or phone you need to have the free Zoom software installed on your computer, tablet or phone. You can find it at https://zoom.us/support/download or search for Zoom Rooms in the Microsoft store (PC) or https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203020795-How-To-Install-on-Mac for Apple Macs.

Once installed, enter: https://zoom.us/j/604623341 and use the password 054511. This will take you into the meeting. Please ensure that 'Video' and 'Audio' is set to 'on' when joining the meeting.

The meeting starts at 8pm on Thursday 9th April but you will be able to join it shortly before then, although you will get a holding screen until it actually starts. You can download the agenda from the Agendas page on this website.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting!

Future meetings, until the isolation period is concluded, will also take place by this method. Meeting agendas and minutes will be published as usual, with Zoom login details on this page.
