Coronavirus update

Parish Council Meetings

While Covid 19 restrictions are in place, the Parish Council will not be able to conduct public meetings in the village hall. Until further notice, all future Parish Council meetings will now be held by video conferencing using Zoom software.

If you would like to "attend" the public section of any meeting, you will need to have the free Zoom software installed on your computer, tablet or phone. You can find it at https://zoom.us/support/download or search for Zoom Rooms in the Microsoft store (PC) or https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203020795-How-To-Install-on-Mac for Apple Macs.

The next meeting will start at 8pm on Thursday 9th July; you will be able to join it shortly before then, although you will get a holding screen until it actually starts.

Once you have Zoom installed, enter: https://zoom.us/j/95719670535 and use the password 401206. This will take you into the meeting. Please ensure that 'Video' and 'Audio' is set to 'on' when joining the meeting.

Meeting agendas and minutes will be published as usual.
