The Story of Gilbert & Sullivan

The first of our new Church Building Repairs fundraising events is happening in the church on Saturday 26th March at 7pm, with a concert production of The Story of Gilbert & Sullivan.
Book your tickets now for a sparkling concert by the brilliant Stamford Gilbert & Sullivan Players, telling the amusing story of Gilbert & Sullivan's classic comic operas, with highlights and props from HMS Pinafore via the Mikado to the Gondoliers and many more. Some of Gilbert & Sullivan's commentary on the ruling classes remain as pertinent as ever!
The concert starts at 7pm with an interval for wine, non alcoholic drinks and nibbles and will finish by 10pm. Tickets are £20 each for adults, under 16's £10 including interval drinks & nibbles. All proceeds in support of Braunston Church Building repairs and Stamford G&S Players.
Not only does this promise to be a great evening's entertainment, it will also show your support to preserve our ancient church building.
Tickets are limited to 80 to preserve social distancing, mask wearing is currently required when not seated but we will review and hopefully relax this closer to the date.
Tickets from Carole Brown tel 01572 868420 or Rob Anderson tel 01572 774388. They're going fast, so get yours soon.
